Exceptions: While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned earlier apply to these returns.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method.
